Refund Policy

Our Commitment

At KentStudioTZ, client satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind every project and work with you until you are happy with the result. However, if for any reason you need a refund, here is our policy:

Service Projects

Before Work Starts — Full Refund

If you change your mind before we begin working on your project, you will receive a 100% refund of your deposit within 5 business days.

Work in Progress — Pro-Rated Refund

Once work has begun, refunds are calculated based on the percentage of work completed. We will provide a clear breakdown of work done and refund the remaining balance. Any deliverables completed to that point remain yours.

After Delivery — Revision First

If you are not satisfied with the delivered work, we offer revision rounds as part of our service. We will work with you to address any concerns before considering a refund. Our goal is always your satisfaction.

Digital Products (Marketplace)

  • Within 7 days, not downloaded: Full refund. Contact us and we will process the refund within 3 business days.
  • After download: Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not available once the product has been downloaded. If there is a technical issue, we will provide support to resolve it.
  • Defective product: If a digital product does not match its description or has significant defects, we will offer a replacement or full refund regardless of download status.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email hello@kentstudiotz.com with your order reference and reason for the refund.
  2. Our team will review your request within 1 business day.
  3. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.
  4. M-Pesa refunds may take up to 48 hours to reflect in your account.

Exceptions

Custom projects with signed contracts may have specific refund terms outlined in the contract. The contract terms take precedence over this general policy.
