Do I need to pay everything upfront?
For most projects, we require 50% upfront and 50% on delivery. For small setups (under TZS 500,000), full payment is required upfront.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money, and bank transfer. International clients can pay via credit/debit card through Stripe.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Full refund if we haven't started work. Once work has begun, we offer a pro-rated refund based on work completed. We aim for 100% satisfaction.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
